We thought Killzone: Shadow Fall was excellent and by far the best of the launch titles available on PS4. Having played and enjoyed countless rounds of the multiplayer with friends it’s great to see Guerilla Games showing their support for the early adopters with some free DLC in the form of two new multiplayer maps.
The two new maps as explained by Guerilla Games Poria Torkin over on The Playstation Blog are The Hangar “A wide-open map situated in the hangar bay of one of the Helghan’s humongous mining spires”
Followed by The Cruiser “A close-to-mid range combat map set in the confines of a decomissioned ISA cruiser”
It’s also revealed that the developer is additionally working on the first DLC expansion pack for Killzone: Shadow Fall. Whilst not specified we’d assume that perhaps this means that we may well be seeing some single player focused new content alongside additional multiplayer maps. No release dates for the free maps or other content were announced.
