With the constant jibes from an ever widening number of people, One Direction the world renowned and ever popular boy band have decided to prove their musical talents. The band who have had huge hits within the pop genre including the likes of Best Song Ever and Story of My Life want to prove that they could play any genre better than anyone else, they just prefer pop.
As such Harry, Zayn, Niall, Liam and Louis have dropped this new video of them performing a specially prepared metal track at one of their more recent gigs. Check out the track below and realise that 1D can drop it as good as any of your favourite metal bands can:-
Of course, we’re just joking around. The song is in fact Lamb of God’s ‘Again We Rise’ cleverly mixed in with some great footage from a 1D show and some other gigs. The product of which gives us an excellent look at what metal bands perhaps could be like if metal was swapped with pop in the musical consciousness of the world.
Do you like the video? Reckon One Direction could take the place of people’s favourite metal bands if they tried? We’re not convinced but this video is definitely a humorous and fun look at what will never be!
