FREE LEGO polybags coming to the Daily Mail in May

Often a yearly event, LEGO are once again teaming up with The Daily Mail (eugh) to bring us a collection of free and awesome polybag sets. The event is set to run from Saturday the 16th May through to Sunday the 24th of May giving us 9 different polybags across the period. To get each of the polybags you’ll need to collect a voucher from inside The Daily Mail and take it to your nearest WH Smith (or possibly Toys R Us).

There’s no known running order as of yet for the 9 sets that will be available across the offer period but the sets rumoured to make up those 9 are as follows: 30272 A-Wing Starfighter, 30283 Off-Road, 30284 Tractor, 30293 Kai Drifter, 30303 The Joker Bumper Car, 30311 Swamp Police Helicopter, 30312 Demolition Driller, 30313 Garbage Truck and 30116 Disney Princess.

It’s a nice diverse mix of sets overall including characters from well known brands such as Disney, DC Comics and LEGO’s own Ninjago. The character based polybags, usually only available via these sorts of promotions can often be quite valuable to sell on via ebay. We’d expect the Joker’s Bumper Car set to net around £8-£15 which isn’t too bad considering you can pick it up in a paper that’ll cost you at the very most £2.

If you’re a LEGO fan then you can’t really go wrong with this promotion. Make sure you pick up your copies of The Daily Mail and your free polybag sets when the promotion kicks off this May.
