If like me you’re absolutely loving everything about Fortnite and its epic Battle Royale mode then you’ll no doubt be excited to get involved with the game’s upcoming Season 3 of epic battlepass content. With Season 3 launching on 21st February, it’s no surprise that Epic have revealed all of the great content set to be available as you power on through those battle tiers.
What are the highlights?
Season 2 had 70 tiers to get your teeth into, Season 3 however has been bumped up with an additional 30 tiers. Meaning plenty more in game loot to get your hands on. Epic have noted too that whilst new tiers means new loot, it doesn’t mean more hours as the tiers should take a similar amount of time (75-150 hours) to power on through.
A new battle bundle will be available that’ll net you the battle pass for the season as well as netting you a chunk of tiers in total to kick start your Season 3. All weighing in at a nice 40% discount, a great deal for Battlepass & 25 Tiers!
Weekly Challenges! Better than daily?
Challenges receive a pretty chunky overhaul too, gone are the daily login challenges and in there place come new weekly ones. That’s good news though, as weekly challenges consist of 7 challenges spread across the entire week, meaning you can play at your own pace and still hit those XP gains.
What’s even better though is that all the weekly challenges will stack for the entire season! Meaning regardless of when you play, or at what point you join the season you’ll still have the opportunity to rack up all that XP and bump yourself up the battle tiers.
