Last but not least of our 5 favourite awesome Batman games is the downright delightful Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. When the original Lego Batman game launched it was a breath of fresh air in 2008, it was, prior to the amazing Batman: Arkham Asylum one of the most enjoyable and fun Batman experiences to grace a video game format. Travellers Tales the developer behind this and many other Lego games took things to the next level with the release of the excellent Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes.
The games unique take on being Batman with the added humour of the Lego universe is something of a treat. We get a fully open Gotham to explore and access to 100s of characters including Batman’s Allies, Enemies and tons of DC Universe characters including the likes of Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, The Flash and many more. With almost unlimited amounts of collectibles and plenty of exploring to be done this is a Batman game that’s universal to all, lighthearted but most of all is fully faithful to the source and allows us to enjoy being the Batman like no other game out there.
